Really good food with fast friendly service.
We order delivery quite frequently and it’s usually late by 15-20 min. Fine. This time, we were told an hour wait. After 2 hours, I called and canceled my order. Nothing but a “sorry about the wait.” They have lost our business. No manager on site to talk to. Customer service is horrendous. They just don’t give a...thanks for making my daughter’s 5th birthday meal a memorable one.
First off, Delivery guy got lost, food was cold. Milkshakes were melted. Didn't get any sauces we ordered. They said 25 minutes and showed up hour an half later. Got food poisoning. So if you want good food. Don't eat there! First time trying it. And will not recommend anyone to eat there. Plus poor service over the phone! Would give no stars, but can't.
They totally suck. They never answer the phone. You could call a million times. Pure laziness.
I decided to change my rating to 1 star because they fail to tend to the customer properly, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but after about 5 or 6 times of eating there it's just not appetizing, and I've tried quite a few menu items, recently ordered 6 tacos and chips and guacamole, tacos were semi warm, meat was tasteless, no hot sauce, WHERE'S THE FLAVOR? Guacamole had the stem pits IN IT, the little hard part that hangs from the tree, that had no flavor, asked for a credit and if I could substitute it, they only would substitute with another order of guacamole, why would I take a chance again, if I'm credited I should be allowed to substitute it for something else as I've done with prior fast food joints when I'm unhappy with a certain menu item, it's my money that I've given to you, should be able to order something of equal or lesser value, lost my business
