This place just lost a long time customer and more will follow as I share with my family and friends! After scanning my card several times and calling my card info in as well, they told me they're internet was down,so I paid cash. Immediately checked my bank and it was charged, as I stood there showing the the cashier she refused to help me, refund me, and she was on the phone with customer service who was ok with her actions. I paid double for their internet errors and they could care less. Times like this they should be grateful for customers not ripping them off!! This business wont last long. Zero stars if I could!

I love this store. The only thing i don't like that you cannot try there clothes on but other store in the same strip mall let us try on clothes.
I looked at the website and it stated it opened at 10am and drove 15 miles to shop. I arrived to see a note on the door changing opening time to 12. As I open the website again it says its open. I tried calling and it does not allow you to leave a message and there is no message stating updated hours. Very disappointed Cato. Very bad business management.
