I had been faithfully going to the gym, but I hadn’t been motivated enough to reach my fitness goals. I have always been one that thrives in group fitness classes. Brown Dog came to Ashland just in time to give me the extra motivation that I needed. The staff is friendly and always welcoming. I’m loving it!
I love Brown Dog Yoga! There is a variety of classes offered that meet my needs. All of the staff and instructors are very nice and personable.
WOW...week one at BDY in Russell for me was a SUCCESS!!! Instructors are VERY good and help you with what the classes are all about! The ENERGY there is AWESOME and makes for a GREAT experience! Come check it out....THEY will not disappoint!!! And just for the record...it’s all been a “first” for me...restorative yoga, heated yoga, cycle 45 and next week I’ll be taking my first barre class!!! BDY THANK YOU for coming to Russell...changing lives one class at a time!!!
Loving this place. Such an awesome addition to the Russell/Ashland area. I love the options for different classes. The instructors are totally wonderful and super helpful!
