Beautiful place, if you litter here you are an a-hole!!

A hidden local treasure this Starved Rock park full of superb groomed trails maintained for safety. Huge crowds during active weekends mean these side trails are a good choice and a wonderful natural experience.nJust driving through the park is a sight to behold.nBe careful, lots of over-the-centerline distracted drivers.

Wonderful place to visit and take green full picture.. before visiting this place I have seen the reviews... but by real views it was amazing.nThere are so many amazing places around the globe to see, we couldn't possibly include them all in just one list. But, these breathtaking destinations are definitely worth.....

I plan to head back for more exploring. kids 5and up suggested to come here.i seen lots of miserable parents with toddlers. This is why i waited to make this trip with my family. lots of stairs and hiking. My kids enjoyed the views and great outdoors.dont wear nice shoes eaither. Could be muddy in some places if it rained.

I love this place. Great to clear the mind and be one with nature. Owls, other birds, tons of fuzzy caterpillars, vultures, eagles, snakes, centipedes, frogs. Plenty of trail markers along the way. Wear comfy shoes and bring plenty of water if visiting during summer days. Canyons were dry but it was still a great hike. A little bummed out that my kids only did 7 miles out of the 13 but it was an adventure.
