I was walking my dog by the park. My low grade for this park is due to the fact that I suppose it's probably considered one of our cities flagship parks.nIf it rains for more than three or four hours most of the time there is standing water there for days. It's really a shame because this could be a very nice park.
Nice big park and they have separated so there's a park better for younger kids and another one that's good the older kids. It's clean and plenty of space
Nicely maintained, covered picnic area, electrical outlets available. Nice area to stop and eat your pizza.
Multiple age levels can enjoy. Bouncy bridge a little steep. Lots of swings (that I don't believe the toddler ones squeaked)
Needs updated, educational/interactive toys for the kiddos. Check out Cooper Park in Rochelle, IL as a reference. The park district raises all the necessary funds necessary.
