Best grocery store in town. Hopefully open 24 hours after pandemic. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice produce. Prepared foods. Excellent bakery. Good sales. Recommended

First a huge shoutout to the wonderful cashier named Roxanne. This young lady has her act together. She was polite and sweet. She knew how to bag groceries. Absolutely fantastic young lady. If she isn’t in management, she should be.nThe reason for me 2 stars is I was buying groceries 3/1/21, there was a yellow sign above the cabbage that said .89. Not .89 a pound but just .89. I finished my shopping and was checking out the cashier rang up my cabbage and it said $4.59. I said that it is .89. She said a pound, I told her that that isn’t what the sign said. She wouldn’t take the time to call produce and check. Basically thats what it is. I told her I didn’t want it. She was in too much of a hurry to go home then to do good customer service. I called and was on the phone for 20 minutes, no one answered on the 3/1/21. I called back on 3/2/21 was on hold for 12 minutes. I tried to explain the issue, I asked for a manager. I was sent to 3 different departments. Before a said manager answered. Extremely unprofessional. Did not give his name and didn’t seem interested in anything I had to say. I even asked him twice if he was the store manager. I love Meijer, but their customer service stinks.

Definitely my go-to for grocery shopping. Before this pandemic they were phenomenal and that's continued throughout this past year! The fresh produce is always stocked up and looking... fresh! Also, I love their Meijer shopping app so I can figure out what stuff I want to get to make dinner and make a shopping list, and also clip coupons that will link to my phone number. All the employees have been friendly towards me, and not once have they seemed irritated at me being old-fashioned and striking up conversations with them even during the pandemic. Huge shout out to their butcher, pharmacy and parking lot delivery teams! Love you all!

Only problem is that a lot of times your sale price does not pop up at the register! The original price pops up. Make sure to watch as the items are scanned, or check your receipt. Other than that I really like the store. And it seems like the prices have gotten better since they first opened. The workers are really nice.

Outside of major brands I can't always find a specific item but the available alternatives are usually just as good. Prepared choices are vast and tasty.
