First the online tool let me schedule it on Monday night then I received a phone call few days later that it was book, no problem they told me I can drop it off and they will work on it in the morning, so I did but never heard from them for days so I follow up follow up. They never got my taxes done till Thursday afternoon, thats after me calling and doing the follow up I understand its busy but a quick email or text would be nice. A week later havent got any email that it was filed called again I do the follow up ... and guess what it never got filled they just did it today.Its so frustrating that if I haven't do the calling nothing would be done.I always use H & R block but this makes me reconsider other tax services.

the ease of doing business with this specific H&R Block location and the call from the tax preparer allowing me to ask any questions I might have and make sure I submitted everything I needed to as I was a drop off client.
