We've used ARK twice and have been very happy with the quality of their work. The first time was to strip and refinish a tub in 1997. That refinishing lasted about 20 years. It was still in good shape, but we had a fire and the restoration company used the tub to clean up after painting and it messed up the tub. So in 2017 we had the same tub refinished by ARK. There were a couple of blemishes this time, but they came out and made it perfect.
Ark refinished my master bath shower base and it looks brand new!! A talented, responsive, conscientious and super nice team. Great communication and easy to work with. Thank you Joe and Chris!!!!
Our once pink cast iron tub is now bright white and it looks so wonderful! They were friendly, capable and professional. I highly recommend them!!
Best in the business, hands down. My company uses ARK to refinishing the bathtubs in our high-rise rentals. In the 14 years I've used them, I've never been let down.
So incredibly happy with my refinishing job. If you read my review of my first refinisher you will see that I had a terrible experience with a different company so I had to call ARK to the rescue. They took off the defective refinishing job and replaced it with a beautiful one that still looks like new after many months. I purposely waited months to write this review because it took a couple of months for that first job to fail. So glad I picked ARK to fix what that other one botched! ARK is knowledgeable and professional. They are more expensive than anyone else quoted but well worth it!
