An amazing place with amazing people. If your looking for a great crossfit box this is the place.
I walked into K3 unsure and pretty out of shape. The guys made me feel right at home! Its a warm and welcoming environment and I've grown to love Crossfit and the transformation I'm seeing in the mirror everyday. The coachs/trainers are all very skilled in crossfit themselves but at the same time know how to train a newbie proper form and technique. They will challenge you everyday! I wish K3 Crossfit continued success and hope to be training there for the foreseeable future.
