Pro: The food is good. The location is close. The employees are nice and sympathetic when something goes wrong.nBad: The creation and delivery of sandwiches are hit and miss. Sometimes they are delivered quickly, other times (like now), it has been over an hour. Even when I place my order for pickup, I wait 20 minutes and there isn't an update to my app saying that its done so I drive to the establishment to wait only to see people walk in, order their sandwich, have it made, pay, and walk out. All the while I wait for ours.nnAgain, the employees are super apologetic when this occurs. However, that doesn't help when my daughter was waiting for lunch before work and ended up leaving hungry because it never made it here.

This is by far one of the best Jimmy Johns I have been in awhile. I ordered last minute catering and I felt so bad but the General Manager didn't hesitate to take my order! It was done within 30min and the bread was freshly baked!! Definitely will stop by more at this location!!

Extremely disappointed! Horrible customer service! And I suggest you call them first to make sure they are open. Everywhere (website, Google, jimmy johns app) all say they are open until 9. Went in at 703 and they told me they were closed. Extremely rude! I do not recommend this Jimmy Johns.

The staff at this Jimmy Johns is beyond helpful. It was my first time at jimmy Johns. The manager which I think his name was Elvis went out of his way to explain every sandwich to me. I decide on the 16 with extra Mayo. I got the box lunch. Elvis told me that if I ordered the box lunch I got a drink for free. Elvis also gave me a side of the kicking ranch to try. I will definitely be getting the kicking ranch everytime. The bread was fresh. I will definitely be back to this Jimmy Johns

As much as I love Jimmy John's, I absolutely despise of this location. Friendly staff, terrible management. Once had to wait over an hour and a half for two sandwiches. Just ordered a sandwich and it was made and prepared for delivery, and after waiting over 30 minutes, I look and see my delivery status and the location was closed with no food. Ridiculous.
