My mom and I went there today, trusting that our sandwiches would come back correct. Ordered a number 12 with pickle, and I got 0 meat on my order. So all my sandwich had on it was cheese and avocado. There were 6 people working there and it still managed to get messed up. I made a trip back there and I got no apology for the mess up or anything! I work in the food industry, and the least they could have done was apologize for the inconvenience. I will NOT be giving jimmy johns my business from here on out.

I’m a huge fan of Jimmy John’s but today I’m super disappointed.nnI got a few subs like I always do but one of the subs was grossly incorrect. I drove all the way home, interrupted my dinner had to come back to get the right sub for my daughter.nnAfter all that all I got was a Replacement sub and they acted like they did me a favor.nnI would’ve expected much more to remedy the problem. Needless to say I’m pretty disappointed and probably won’t be back for a while.

Live really close. Takes 30 minutes just to get my sandwich. Where is the fricky fast delivery. And doesn’t put cheese on sandwich when asked for cheese.

Ordered a totally Tuna. Pay $7 for a sandwich and there's hardly any tuna on my sandwich.nNeeded my protein. And the totally tuna is my go-to if I'm out and about!

Poor customer service at this location. When addressing an issue I experienced, the staff preferred to lecture me on how to order the desired item rather than to show concern or address my issue to my satisfaction.
