I order 3 items for delivery from the pizza hut 5 minutes down the road. We had company over and hungry children. The pizza was estimated to be delivered within 60-75 minutes which was fine. After that time was up, I called the pizza hut to check on my order. They said that the driver left 20 minutes ago and should be there soon. We waited another half an hour and called back. The employee said the same thing and hung up on me. I finally had my husband call and inquire about the order after 2.5 hours, and they said the same thing but did say they would give us a refund. We questioned the freshness of the food, and they guaranteed it was still going to be hot and fresh. After 3 hours our food finally arrived after our company left, and it was the most disgusting pizza hut food I have ever had. It was cold, and hard like cardboard. We threw all of it out and had to find something else to eat. This experience was horrible. The customer service was unacceptable. The employees could at least call us with updates on our order to see if we should make other arrangements or we could have picked up fresh pizza. I hope next time will be better.

Honestly, it was just...quick and easy. The curbside pickup was such an effortless experience on my part, and my order was ready exactly when promised.

I placed an order. While they were on time, they forgot part of my order. It took them order 30 mins. to bring the rest of my order... and I tipped appropriately

My husband always asks for LOTS of extra pizza sauce on the side. The young man was very nice, and gave us LOTS of sauce. Hubby was very happy.

My location is only opens at 8 pm and its to late in the day and cant enjoy at a typical dinner time and having to drive 8 miles to the next closest location is un acceptable
