The kiosk is very intuitive and easy to use. Keys worked perfectly. Worked much better the the old fashioned way of going to a hardware store and have someone make the keys for you.

I would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely the worst service ever. I guess in a way there really wasn’t any service. Last night we got locked out of our vehicle by accident, called this company because they were the only locksmith in the area that said open. That first call was at 7:10 pm. The dispatch said the service provider would be to us in 15-25 minutes. They never came. I had to call back multiple times and ask for an update. Each time I was either hung up on or told that I would get a call back with an update in 5 minutes.it is now 9:58 am the following day, and I still have not received a call from the service provider or a call back from dispatch with an update! So much for the 15-25 minute ETA to get us in our vehicle. Sounds more like 15-25 day ETA. Very unprofessional and terrible, terrible service. If you have to use a locksmith. Do yourself a favor and call someone else, even if they are farther away.

We have used KeyMe twice now with great results. It is easy and quick and the keys work great!
