My daughter and I love this hair salon. We always see Amanda. She is absolutely awesome! I would recommend her to everyone. Five stars for the atmosphere and the service. Three stars for the prices unfortunately.

I'm very picky when it comes to my complicated hair texture. I have curly and wavy hair and a lot of it, and if it's not cut well then I look like I'm wearing a football helmet. Sara R, hey girl..you are awesome. She knows what your looking for and translates it in 'hair language' and then you leave the place going from Homely to Homewrecker..lol...I trust her for short hair cuts and my problem solver cuts. The products in Shine-- so much more to offer over Aveda.

I cannot recommend Natasha at Shine Salon more - I will (literally) never see another stylist again. I came in with hair that was beyond damaged. Every girl’s worst nightmare - over processed and fried to the point of no return. I legitimately thought my only option was to cut it all away... it was crunchy, broke off in chunks - it hurts me to even remember those days. Natasha spent 4+ hours with me the first time I saw her and not only corrected the color damage, but also went through and cut my hair *strand by strand*. She spent HOURS doing everything she could to save the length of the hair I had left and cut the dead ends off from each individual piece of hair. She felt my pain and she did everything she could to make it better. I travel in from the west coast to see her, and I will continue to, because I will never trust another stylist like I trust Natasha. My hair is FINALLY healthy and I finally feel comfortable enough to wear it natural - it’s been 10+ years since I had healthy enough hair to do that. Natasha, thank you - sincerely. You are dedicated, professional, and beyond gifted at what you do and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for you.

Never have to wait past my appointment time. Danikka is always amazing. She knows just how to make my hair look amazing. Great service and they even send text reminders for your appointments. Best salon!

My mother and I followed our hair dresser from Hip salon to Shine, because we were her loyal customers. We started realizing that each time we were rung up at the front desk, we were charged differently for the same service we always had done. This raised some red flags. My mother asked politely for a breakdown of charged services so she could better understand why the price seemed to increase pretty consistently (even when seeing the same stylist). She was told they didn’t give a breakdown. She was then called by a manager to cancel her future appt for “asking too many questions about prices.”nnMy mind is absolutely blown! A good and honest business has nothing to hide! I already reported them to the BBB and state’s attorneys office. We have been nothing but loyal and were completely disrespected. As a consumer, it is YOUR RIGHT to know what you are being charged for. Future clients, BEWARE OF PRICING!!
