I have been going to Spa Bleu in West Dundee for years. Every time I walk in for my appointment, I am greeted warmly. I always feel honored and appreciated during each visit. Everyone works together as if they are family. There are no undertones of strife, making this a place of respite. This visit, I was met at the door by Megan, who greeted me by name and escorted me to Jessica’s station. Jessica always begins each session by actively listening to how I want my hair to look when leaving. She is always incredibly kind and engaging. When you are in her chair, you forget the rest of the world. She is one of the most giving and intuitive people I have ever met. My hair today was long and lifeless. Jessica highlighted and cut and styled my hair as if there was life breathed into it. It is exactly what I asked for upon arriving. Jessica’s skills and her warm professional approach is a work of art. Upon leaving, she helped me choose my products. Megan helped me with checking out and when I asked her if she could help me get my eyebrows in shape for next month, she gave me her time to explain my options. We set-up an appointment. I am an older woman who felt younger and appreciated upon leaving. This wasn’t just a hair appointment. This was an experience! Thank you Jessica and Megan for making the difference today! ~Susan B

Callie was amazing! She did a wonderful job and was so friendly! I absolutely love my hair! I would highly recommend her.nI’m extremely impressed with the Covid precautions Spa Bleu is taking. From the temp checks to seeing the basins & chairs being sprayed down after use and barriers and social distancing between stations, it made me feel so much more relaxed about getting some much needed TLC for my hair! Thank you for caring about your customers and your staff with these important precautions.

Alyssa, took the time to listen to my preference and focus areas (I have a knot in my shoulder) she applied the perfect amount of pressure. She was chatty when I wanted to chat but allowed silence when I wasn’t talking. She also offered aroma therapy scents. It was perfect!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Danielle asked all the right questions and hit all the right spots. I can’t wait to see her again! Spa Bleu is extremely conscientious about safety and cleanliness. Highly recommend....especially in these stressful times. You won’t leave disappointed.

Christy is a wonderful, highly skilled hairdresser. So nice to chat with her as well. Such a pleasant experience in every aspect. I am very happy with my haircut. First time for me in Spa-Bleu and definitely will be coming back. The salon itself is taking special precautions to keep us safe in this unprecedented time. It was a factor which made me decide and try their services. I dd my research prior booking and this salon was outstanding with an effort to keep their personnel and customers protected.
