This would be a five star review but your African American (did not want to use race to describe her but she refused to tell me her name when asked) morning employee is the absolute worst. Terrible attitude, curses and is always on her phone. Can't be bothered to ask anything of her.nnOn some positive notes. This store has made a huge turn around in service and cleanliness. Welcoming environment and the friendlest workers besides the one. Michelle and Brianna are my favorites. Would love to book for an adult birthday party?
Same as the rest of the bandits in town, very little play for big losses. Rarely do you see a big winner. Overly stealing tight. After playing several different places. Finally convinced not to donate anymore to the state of Illinois or any of the bandit owner's of the business.
I stopped by to cash in a ticket I had from a month ago. I didn't gamble,my time was limited.
Had never met the counter person.. She was really great.. Nice conversation .. And very attentive.. Will follow her to the other locations and maybe I'll have better luck there... LoL all in a day's fun!!!
Best place in town! Employees are nice and helpful. Free snacks and drinks and a chance to win some money! How much better could it get?
