Service was very good but manager was very unprofessional. Customer before me had an issue with her order, and was not at all nice about it. The girl at the window did the best she could to rectify the problem all the while getting yelled at not only by the customer but also the manager. That customer finally either got a refund or whatever she ordered and left. We got up to the window to a very sweet but obviously shaken young girl still getting screamed at by the manager. I heard her yelling with the windows shut...the manager just kept screaming is that how you're going to play it are you going to cry now and other very hurtful things. Another girl came to the window to help the first girl and the manager proceeded to yell at her too. The girl tried to hide how upset she was as handing me our food. I apologized for the rude customer before us and for all she was expected to put up with by the screaming manager and told her to try to have a good day. Don't think I'll be going back. I don't want to patronize an establishment that has so little regard for their employees. Not to mention the 3 young men out power washing the walkway with their music blasting and swearing at each other. Typically would have said something to the manager, but didn't want her to come out screaming and yelling at anyone else. So five stars for the girls at the window but nothing for the restaurant or manager. Just hope the 2 young ladies find a better place to work where they will be appreciated and treated right.

The ladies here are awesome, they always make my food fast, fresh, and they are always super friendly. Easily my favorite McDonald's in town. Although their night crew needs some work, the day crew are phenomenal and make up for it ten fold.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my McChicken was cold the lettuce was soggy and yellow, they put enough mayo for 3 sandwiches. My apple pie had the time label for freshness ripped off. I use to enjoy stopping at this location because years ago they were always fresh and the service was exceptional, but management obviously doesn’t care about customer experience. This will be my last time visiting this location. Spread the word for this location. Absolutely GROSS

They really can't keep up at this location sometimes you'll be waiting 10 minutes for your order. And somehow the fries will come out stale and just barely warm. And if you like your quarter pounder rare this is the place occasionally they'll do that.

I never write reviews, but I needed to for this place. Every time I go here, they screw up the order. From missing items to leaving everything on the item when asked for plain. Even the items with the little receipt on it that would say plain or no mayo, they don’t read it and squirt whatever you do not desire all over it. Every time. Not once in a while, every single time.
