Lisa who is below Mary is one of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I have ever met.nI wanted to renew my loan over the phone like I do with Mary all the time and she was so disrespectful and told me I had to wait for Mary to come back into the office. I then told her that I couldnt wait till next week and needed it done today she told me that was my problem and that I couldnt been seen today because she over booked herself and that I wouldnt be seen until Tuesday. She was so arrogant and ghetto. I will never conduct business here unless I am dealing with Mary. Period.
