Michele Pisano is the only reason i shop at advanced auto. not to knock other locations, but advanced auto always gives me a home run with every issue, they put every auto parts store to shame. if they cant help me fix my truck,van or motorcycle, they always point me in the right direction. I've been doing my own maintenance on four of my vehicles ever since I moved to west Dundee, Michele is the one you need on your side, don't waste your time going someplace else. They got my 2011 f150 to 240,000 miles, still runs to this day. weather its oil, breaks, electronics or other oddities they got you. I've saved enough money in part because of advanced auto to help buy a additional work van, 2020 ford transit connect. I look forward to another 10 years with ADVANCED AUTO!!
The best thing I like from advance is the discounts and the late hours. They do practice the covid-19 mandates. I appreciate that.
Only one complaint - service otherwise is outstanding.nWhen in the store, the employee cant look up orders from other advance stores or online purchases.nTo solve this, make sure you link everything to your perks rewards account when you order. You can track all of your orders by accessing the web site and logging in.n-Rewards program is great...join it!n-Part lead times are great
