It was awesome. Went in today was Christmas cup give away. The girl who took my order so nice . Got 2 holiday coffees, pastries. And they have the best reduced fat Turkey, bacon sandwich. Great friendly place.
Not a place where they listen to your order haha! Every time I come to this location, the trend tends to be that -typically the ladies who work here- don't actually listen to your order, need you to repeat it several times, and will still manage to get it wrong...oh and over charge you on top of that. They are also not aware of what is and is not on their current menu. Certain employees don't even seem to know the store number... you know the number they print on every label... its just a lesson in lazy management. Meanwhile stores located very near this one never have issues...nPass on the headache... even though that is always avaliable at this location.
Great customer service everytimenI go. I just hate how I see them make a frappuccino with extra shots of espresso and fill up the cup but dump the rest in the sink...I pay for the shots.
Slow service and the person helping was really cheery, almost like she were fake. Just a nice person. There's no need to be overly happy.
