Geneseo Campground

I stayed in one of the cabins and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The owners are very friendly and the park (especially the bathroom/showers) are extremely clean. The park is small but it has a nice hiking trail and you can rent canoes/kayaks on the river for a very reasonable price. Also our two bundles of firewood provided about 4 hours of a quality fire. Kids might get bored, although there is a small playground, but a very relaxing and clean place that adults will surely enjoy.

Stayed in the rv park for a quick overnight. Place was full we were so happy to get a spot. Loved our location in the back corner. Got in late and had to be on the road early so can't comment much on the amenities but what we dis experience was great. Would stay here again.

Very clean an cozy. Well kept. Bathhouses are vwry clean. The Bob and Sheryl are so nice. They play live music and its awesome. We stayed here last week. Alot of things to do - kayak, canoeing, biking, fishing or just simply walk along the river.

We just had a family reunion here last weekend and stayed in one of the cabins. Since it rained a lot, the vintage style heater was most welcome. We had a party room available to us for gathering and meals. Bob & Sheila ensure that everyone is enjoying their campground and the town of Geneseo. Extremely clean bathhouse. Their family even entertained us with some bluegrass music one night. We traveled for two years in a fifth wheel a number of years ago, and this place is among the top of our list for great campgrounds

It was a wonderful campground to stay at! Only about 40 minutes away from the Mississippi River. The owners are so nice and kind and treated us like family! We loved all the activities we were able to do from kayaking to biking to just fishing it was all relaxing!nWhen we went the bees were pretty bad, but we dealt with them and they never became anything else other than an annoyance.n5/5 will be coming back next year!
