my original car was totaled and I had an Altima as a rental. I feel in love with it. I had heard the Bill Cole Nissan commercial and my husband and I went to look at them. We were on the lot about 5 minutes when a very friendly salesman introduced himself, Dametric McGrue. He had a great smile, excellent manners, not to pushy and he gave us time to look at the cars and was always near by when we had questions but never making us feel like he was hovering. When we narrowed it down to 2 Altima's Dametric was very knowledgeable and explained all of the differences and we made our choice. We went inside and started the loan process. Everything went as smoothly as we had hoped. It was an excellent experience, especially since this was our first purchase of a brand new car! overall it couldn't have been a better experience. I am the primary drive and I am as happy as can be with the overall experience.

Horrible experience.nI got the nissan 2020 rouge since March 2020 , yesterday I had an appointment to upgrade with the new rouge 2021, I've been told by them it's gonna be easy process,well in the end of spending 5 hours talking with them that's what happened, Nissan won't approvedus but Honda is going to withn($ 5000) down-paymentnplus ($21600) for trade in , the Honda CR-V basic model would cost ($28665)nThen our monthly payments would be higher from $469 to $560 . Till we finish the rest of financing then final amount isn(71,320)nIsn't that ud83eudd14 !!!nI would suggest everybody to be cautious of the deals going on there.

First off I love the sales team at bill cole, I’ve bought more cars then I can count from this dealership. Problem is with the service department! I took my truck in for a alignment and a recall, they could not do a alignment but charged me for it. Secondly they told me that something happened during the reprogramming of the ECM recall and that my truck would need a new ECM. So I called and fought to get a rental. I had the rental for one day and they called back and said they were able to fix my truck doesn’t need a new computer, well now I’m waiting to get it back to the shop bc it has a bad computer in it. I guess I’ll just walk to work until they have time to fix it. Other dealers in area won’t touch the truck now either. I think my next vehicle I buy will be at goldies we’re at least I know I’ll get service after the sale.
