Definitely self service, but units are clean and area well kept. Everything done by website. Decided to use them based on friend recommendation. Good location.

If I could give a negative star review, I most definitely would. Since this has been under new ownership, it is trash!nnThey have no customer service skills whatsoever. They don't return voice mails. Most importantly, they don't send deposit refunds in a timely manner.nnI emptied my storage unit on 11/23/19 and informed them right away. Finally, after leaving numerous voice mails, on 1/11/2020 I received a call in response to an email, apologizing for the oversight, I gave them my correct address again and was told the deposit refund would be processed.nnOn 2/4/2020, we were told the check was mailed on 1/28/2020 - finally, right?! Well, it is now 2/6/2020 and yup, you guessed it, no deposit refund.nnI will warn everyone I can not to do business with this place.

My experience using this facility was great! The owner was very helpful. There are surveillance cameras and he was getting the lights updated. Good price for the area and clean units.

Kathy at Sycamore Self Storage is a sweetheart! Sycamore Self Storage is well-managed and their units are in good condition. This location has 24/7 access, there is plenty of lighting and they have cameras too! I'm nothing but happy with this business!
