Okay food is always good, reasonably priced, good service and wide variety menu.nnBut this BAD review is on the method of gift certificate. Terribly disappointed in the outdated, low-tech paper system. They have fancy high-tech cash registers that should be able to handle commonly used gift cards.nnThey still use paper certificates in increments of $5. I purchased $25 worth as a gift. Decided not to give this type of antiquated certificates and now I am very thankful that I didn't. So I tried to use 2-$5 certificates for an $8+ bill. Cashier brought to my attention that I will not get cash back, understandable but they do not manually keep track of remaining balance on a certificate (like other businesses who still use paper certificates do). None of this was mentioned to me at time of gift certificate purchase. So needless to say, I will not be giving any Tom & Jerry’s Sycamore gift certificates as gifts.nnIn my opinion, this is an easy way to make extra money from the unused portion of the certificates.

Been eating there my whole life! Food is always good! Worked out of town for many years and decided to get a beef. The beef used to be as big as the container it came in. When i got the beef this time i noticed the price went up and the beef was smaller so theres room for the little cup of juice. Come on! Not worth it anymore!

Tom and Jerry's has a large menu and everything is very good. Their prices are reasonable and they have a beautiful patio to enjoy when the weather is nice. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I recommend that you check it out. You won't regret it!

I love the Gyros with mayo on the side (don't look at me weird). Fries are delicious as always. Support local restaurants like these folks by ordering takeout.
