Came in 550pm they closed at 6.nI told them my problem and they said they will take care of it!! After techs looked at my truck they said it could be drained and didn't need a Rad flush. They want to save me money, but I still did the radiator flush just to be safe.nVery honest and dependable guys!!!
Google said they closed at 6 and i got there around 4:45. The man checking me out made multiple comments how i barely got there in time because they close at 5, i apologized and explained Google said they closed at 6 and i would have gone somewhere else if i had known they actually closed at 5. He told me “i should have checked the website since Google isn’t always right”. I was so flustered by his comments and trying to hurry that i didn’t double check my receipt and after leaving realized i was charged twice for a service. After calling them, I now have to wait a whole week to get refunded the extra charge because i can only go into the store to get the refund and am not available during the week. Definitely not a quick and easy trip for a simple oil change.
First time going here for oil change. Guys were very knowledgeable and not pushy. Suggested a few things that I should have done to help keep my car running good. Great service! Look forward to visiting in the future.
Service was fast, but you shouldn't talk negative about the customer when 1) you don't know their lifestyle or schedule and 2) your customer can hear you. Very unprofessional and will not return
