My past experience with this location has been negative but I decided to try again and I'm glad I did. It's clean and secure and the new manager is friendly and helpful. She goes out of her way to ensure you have a easy and positive experience.
Barb provides outstanding service! She’s very nice and made my rental experience completely painless! The unit was clean and I feel comfortable accessing it whenever I go. I’m very happy I decided to rent here.
Completed an upgrade, and the on-site manager, Barbara, was so polite and helpful. When I arrived she was on the phone, but she quickly acknowledged my presence and said she would help me as soon as she was done helping the customer on the phone. She was polite and very helpful! Glad customer service is still important with this company.
Barb is an excellent property manager, the property has been much improved since she has taken over. She is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to help and keep her customers as evidence by her high capacity.
