I when in to rent a storage unit. Anita help me with everything. She was well educated on her job. I was very pleased and comfortable giving my belongings to this public storage facility. It made me very happy. She also was very professional and respectful. It's really hard to find people like that in this world. I just want to say thank you Anita you hold a special place in my heart.
Anita provided great customer service. Her knowledge about the business was on point and she didn’t miss anything. I didn’t have to ask any follow up questions. Anita showed exceptional professionalism while helping me sort through my rental reservation. I came 15 min before closing and she without hesitation signed me up for a storage unit. Anita helped me save time and money! I was able to sign my storage lease, pay (with cash), and get the gate code all before the 6pm closing time. She truly was a breath of fresh air.
