I have been a Monicals fan for years. Sadly, I think they've changed the dough. It seems more chewy less crisp. However, the red dressing is still amazing!
It was ok pizza. My husband ordered a thin crust pizza and there was way to much seasoning on the bottom of his crust. I ordered a pan pizza and it was a greasy disgusting mess. The only thing that tasted remotely good was the breadsticks which were more like pretzel sticks. I probably would have ate more of them had I known that and ordered the cheese sauce instead of marinara. Definitely not worth the $50. Plus they were not packaged in a way for us to save any left overs, they do not give you boxes. We received ours in paper bags on the cardboard cut out with aluminum foil, if this is the standard that's weird. (it may not have tasted good but I don't like to waste.)
The prices could be better. Whoever works the oven for their sandwich bread, really needs to realize the bread does not need to be burnt to a crisp and rock hard. It's sad because now we don't order as much.
Great service, good food! Get the thin crust pizza! Ask for Emily! She's awesome!
