I'd like to give a shout out to Kevin Lower and Stephanie! They did an amazing job getting me into a car. I totaled my car a few weeks go and needed a vehicle. My credit is poor. They really came through when everyone else quoted a ridiculous down payment or straight out denied me. I had lost all hope and I really thought I'd be going to another dealership leaving empty handed. They even offered to pick me up if I needed it which no other dealership has ever offered me. I got a decent monthly payment with a acceptable down payment.and I'm loving my 2017 Jeep Patriot. It is in great condition. Clean inside and out. The first time I've ever been happy with a vehicle purchase. Thanks guys!!!

After having the truck maybe a week the battery went out. This being after they told me the battery was fine and they had tested it. Rust worsened very fast. The tire pressure system went out. They also sold it to me for the original price after we negotiated and they told me they dropped it almost $2,000. Not to mention the reason they didn’t put a new battery in is because they said they already dropped the price too much for the bank. Never going to this place again. I’m stuck paying way too much for a truck not even worth what I paid for.

This company was once very helpful back in the day. When I was in the Army stationed in Germany I called go help get some help with my PMS on my mustang. They were very helpful and stayed on the phone with me to ensure I was good to go. I was so impressed with their customer service. I now know this is not the company I called back then. I am now retired from the Army and now live less than 30 minutes from Anderson Motorsports. I just finished a build on a mustang and scheduled an appointment on their dyno. I took the day off and had a few friends drive in from out of town to go with me. An hour and a half before my appointment I get a call from Anderson Motorsports saying they are canceling my appointment because they have a car broke down on the dyno. I asked when did this happen and the answer was last night. I asked can we just move the car temporarily to keep my appointment because I had people from out town that came to watch and I had already took the day off. The answer was No. I then ask why was I not called last night do I could of told my friends not to drive in. The reply was I do with what I got............This saddens me because a once very reputable motorsports business is now a joke. There was no reason for them not to call the night before to give me as much advance notice as possible. I firmly believe they don't care to honor their appointments or the trouble they cause customers. I really can't see why you could not move a car from the dyno and replace it after you kept the appointment you scheduled with a customer. Me and three of my friends are huge mustang fanatics with each of us owning more than one. We have all agreed with blatant poor customer service that Anderson now has there will be no future purchases from their company.

Kevin could care less about your life, it's all about the sale to him. Ask a simple question and he continues to hound you wanting you to come by. Will never buy a car from Anderson.
