I work for the buenos beef in Montgomery IL it’s a great place but lacks discipline. In we don’t ever have the stuff we need, we been needing oven mittens for a minute. Still haven’t received them in most of us have burn ourselves. It’s just a law suit waiting to happen.. In the scheduling hours aren’t organized correctly our store needs helps simple as that I’am thinking quitting soon.. but over all great food & people at times
Delicious beefs, sausage sandwiches, catering is out of this world, they come set it up take away the trash , a little pricey but dam worth every penny spent just awesome food yummmmm. The rolled lasagna I got sick eating so much, I had to unbutton my pants lol. Had leftovers the nest morning, lol not many but some.

Disappointing to say the least. Was hyped, and what a let down. Not sure what the meat was made of, but awful. NO GO.
I used to work there in 2015 or 2016 and let me tell you the mangers were awful. They all got fired this year for stealing tips or little money from employees. There were 2 supervisors and one manager they are all gone. I quit after 9 months there because school was getting in the way and one of my friend who I meet over there was being bullied by this other co worker. The girl who got bullied told management and didn't do nothing . So she quit along side with her mother. There were alot of people quitting and getting fire. So it's a bad place to start
