While the staff was polite, they got my order wrong 3 times. They may need more training on how to properly build the sandwiches. Sadly, I won't be visiting Jimmy John's again.
After asking for a pickle and to be cut in quarters. They put in on the sandwich instead. So instead of correcting was I asked for. They wanted to charge me for another pickle. If you ask you shall NOT receive
They're fast and efficient for sure. We order here from work often and they are good to us.
Normally, I don't have any issues when dining in. It's when I order for delivery that I take some issue. For at least the third time in a row (as of writing 12/16/2020), I've waited 40 minutes or longer to receive my order despite being located less than two miles away. Bit disappointed with the delivery service to say the least.
