1/30/21. Placed an order for 1 deep dish pepperoni pizza at 10:45 pm. They say 1 hour. 2 hours go by, I call at 1 am to ask where my order is at, a guy named Ronald answered and said they're closed. What? According to him they called me. No. I'm hungry. I had my phone on me the whole time while waiting for my food. Absolutely not, I did not receive any kind of communication. No call, no text, no buzzer. They left my order out to dry. Not only that, when I called and told them I didn't receive a call, Mr. Ronald decided to hang up on me. Mid conversation. Expect a report from a former dominos employee. Good luck, Ronald.
The pizza was pretty good. I did request for the slices to be square cut instead of triangle. It wasn't. Also, the chicken alfredo was a little overcooked, but other than that, it was nice. Great customer service and everyone smiled. Very friendly environment.
Terrible customer service. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes for an update on an hour wait for a pizza that was seemingly ready 10 minutes after ordering. After hanging up and re-calling, I spoke to someone who was not very apologetic and explained they were alone in the store with many deliveries. After a minute of complete silence without a response I was forced to hang up on them. I received my order an hour and twenty minutes after it had finished baking. Not after I ordered it, but after it was already completed. Order at your own risk.

Very elegant and accessible restaurant. They serve big meals and for reasonable prices. I enjoyed the food very much and the staff were super friendly and explanatory. Recommended.
