hands down best pizza. Family owned for generations. The family staff are very friendly. I order from them maybe 1 or twice a week & the service, quality of food & prices are all amazing. the sauce ahhhh is so delicious. Don't believe me? Order a thin crust right now.
My family and I really enjoy their pizza. Though I'd prefer the crust be a little dinner to really get that tavern style flavor completely down. But it's good pizza. I like their fried chicken, deli sandwiches, pastas,..., Especially for the price. Not a fan of their crinkle cut fries, because they tend to not be completely crisp. But that's just me,..., Crinkle cut are my least favorite fries in general. The food is good, tasty, and affordably priced.
The pizza is good but I have 3 stars because the customer service not so much. I order from Bertollis because my parents did when I was growing up and I loved it. I waited in line. Only 1 other guest in the store. The gentleman was handed his food and he left. I was asked my name and then I paid for my order. The cashier told me I was all set. I waited for someone to give me my order. She stated, “oh that’s yours over there” (pointing to ledge) “you can just grab it”.nnRude. I won’t be back
Great pizza! Reminds me of my family's pizzeria when I was growing up. No pizza has ever come close to it before. Love it!
This place is ridiculously amazing. Flat out great pizza.nTop 5 in Chicago area, for sure!
