The service was great. I was given a free pizza because of the late arrival of my order. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. But the pizza overall wasn't as good as I remembered it to be. The stuffed crust pizza is so thin. It's basically a cheese cracker. But the service at this location was amazing.
The staff was friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My food was perfectly made. Everyone had on masks and gloves that was a plus. The lobby was clean. Clearly they're under new management & it shows.
I came here a couple years ago & the customer service was terrible, so I simple stopped circulating my money there. But because of the beyond meat special Pizza Hut has going , I tried them again today. But today was different because the cashier Kobe was so helpful & patient with me I feel like he should get promoted to being a manager. Because of his great customer service, I’ll be back in a couple of weeks!
My order arrived quicker than the estimated time and it was hot and delicious!
Customer Service was great just the pizza was really salty for me.
