The app made it easy to order and my food was delivered exactly when requested. It was piping hot and the delivery person called to let us know he was there - making sure we received our food right away. Great job!!
This location is HORRIBLE. I should’ve read the reviews first before ordering. First, the breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were not cut and when we finally did get it cut and ate it it was like cardboard. Our marinara sauce was so cold, it’s like they didn’t even heat it up before packing it up. Also, they didn’t give me my icing for the cinnamon sticks. I paid almost $40 for garbage. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
Peter was horrible. I just left and he gave me boneless wings with NO garlic parmesan like I ordered! Just regular boneless wings.Then when I showed him and said I need the sauce, he wanted to charge me 80 cents!!! He had a bad attitude with me and kept waving his hand over my food, saying the wings and sauce were dry and that's why they looked like that. I told him to stop waving his hands over my food and why would he give me dry wings. I took a picture and wish I could post it. I will never go to this pizza hut again. That boy really argued with me over the food he messed up.
My cheese bread was burnt and my pizza cheese and toppings were slid to one side and on the roof of the box. Delivery kid was nice. I had trouble getting through to the store but when I finally did the girl told me the manager would credit account
It was very easy to place my order on my app and the food was ready when they said it would be. It made for a great experience.
