I love their customer service, always greeted with a beautiful welcoming smile. Great products, and if for some strange reason, an exclusive product is not there( cause it has to be to not be there)ud83dudc49ud83cudfff trust he will have it there when he says ( I know personally). Clean, stocked, Beautiful clothes, jewelry, hair products that I would have to buy on line ( in here), an essentials and did I say freaking amazing customer service. I just love there presents. Always puts a smile on my face. An by the way the products are NOT OVER PRICED. I’m in and out and my husky does not bark at me that much when I go in now ud83eudd23ud83eudd73ud83eudd70 just watches. Nice selection, excellent service and reasonable prices.nnWell, during my 2nd visit I am very sad to report that I was charged for a bottle of Johnson's baby lotion. It was a rainy Friday night, I had a long work week and I purchased 3 crotchet hair packages for $9.99 each. I thought the total of $35 was high, but I had my dogs in the car. When I arrived home and glanced at the receipt I saw the $2.49 charge for baby lotion and of course no baby lotion in the bag. I will just order my hair from Amazon. These beauty supply stores treat us like thieves, don't contribute to or respect our communities and now they are being dishonest. Its disheartening and I'll rather order from Amazon than support dishonest, irresponsible businesses.

Nice people & they listen to KLove on the radio. I dont feel they watch me well I shop. They have nice dresses & wigs, nice earrings cool stuff but they do not have a lot of braiding or twist hair. Please go check them out
