The owner, Jackie, is extremely kind. When I joined she made sure I had my teacher discount which I wasn't even aware there was one. Also, I was in an accident and also pregnant, so Jackie was very flexible with me and let me freeze my account until I felt ready to come back. All of the instructors are friendly and truly amazing at the work they do. I never leave feeling like I didn't get a good workout. I always leave with a sweaty smile on my face!nKelly is one of my favorite instructors. I take as many classes as I can with her because she keeps me extremely motivated. She also has a great relationship with all cyclists. She frequently asks me how I'm doing and makes sure all is well with my injury which I greatly appreciate.nI love Cyclebar!

Love this place! Classes are lots of fun and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Instructors are really strong and they have great class themes!Very customer oriented. When it was time to cancel my unlimited monthly membership there was not a big hassle and they were very helpful.

Such a fun atmosphere and great staff! Don't be intimidated to try it.. I kick myself in the butt for not trying it sooner. The instructors are the best, always finding ways to motivate you and push you to leave it all on the bike!

Great class! Spacious and not crowded on Tuesday at 6AM. The instructor was awesome and they ask for feedback right after class. The emailed results and playlist after the class are such a nice touch. Would definitely go again!
