Spoke with the Saturday morning front desk attendant and noted her mask only covered her mouth. Politely asked her to cover her nose, which she did. About five minutes later, noticed it was back down while I needed to speak with her and be close enough to her for a temp check, and politely asked her to cover her nose. Apparently, she’d developed a health condition that prevented her from covering her nose with the mask ... during the five minutes since we spoke, or so she said. As a longtime fitness professional, I found her casual disregard for public health to be concerning given her role. Obviously gyms aren’t the safest places these days, but I would be extra cautious about this one with at least one employee who doesn’t seem interested in complying with public health requirements.

There is a full range of fitness equipment and several group classes despite the pandemic. The place is kept very clean to help prevent covid. The staff is extremely friendly.

The place is clean, childcare is great, prices are incredible. 1 hour of childcare if your baby is under 12 months. 2 hours of childcare per day if over 12 months.nnIt's a smaller community gym, but has everything you need. The classes are all challenging and offer a ton of variety such as Zumba, Yoga, Full body conditioning, cycle, boxing etc.nnThe only con is the parking lot is very small. There is a small lot, the Beach Ave lot near the Ace Hardware but sometimes that's not enough either. There's street parking nearby though.

Very clean. Up to date equipment. No pool though. Would’ve received 5 stars if it had a pool.

Great place for a quick run on the treadmill, spin or lifting. There's a small studio for classes and childcare for parents (up to 2 hours). No pool, rather small changing room, limited parking and not great views when running (31st street), but helpful staff and local.
