I don't even know where to start but my girlfriend and her family have been going to jerry for years. Until recently we were charged almost 700.00 dollars for front end work on our 2016 Jeep Patriot Wich was suppose to include fixing tie rods, front stabilizer bar, sway link, and control arm, along with a alighnment. After a few months went by car began to ride funny again make noise and steering wheel was off. I took it back with the receipt and explained that this was something they fixed. Right away they said well what did you hit!!! Then the confusion started in Wich Jerry said I think I wrote this up for the wrong side. Omg at that moment both Jerry and Steve looked like they did not know what was going on they began to call parts in asking who what and when. All I could do is smh and wonder what we spent all that money for if the problem percisted. Bottom line is I never will take any of my cars to them ever again they over charge and they charge you for services that are not being done wich was the wheel alignment. My car is even worse now. And I have had to take it somewhere else except now I buy my own parts and have people put the part on I save money and makes me feel like I know the part that was put on is a new part!!!!!!.

Honest mechanics can be hard to find. That's why I travel from Chicago to have Steve and Jerry handle my repairs. Have done so for years...
