Better off going to a small car shop. They are overpriced and take long for service
My car broke down on the highway in the middle of the night. I dropped it off here. When the guy called me he said i needed a water pump, thermostat and a belt, and the total would be $1475. I payed them $60 for the diagnostic and towed my car to my regular mechanic he informed me that I only needed a heater bypass hose and the part was only $60. The total i paid plus towing was $340 thank God i had more sense then to let this place fix my car.
The customer service at this location is phenomenal the manager Ismael is friendly and professional
Went to get a oil change 40mins in I get a call, I’m thinking they are done, nope it’s to ask me what oil another hour passes by nothing so I call to ask what’s going on, little round man that answers the phone tells me there are about to do the oil change should take no more that 15mins. Mind you it’s already been 2 hrs, I get there and my car is still in the exact same spot where I left it. They tried to sneak it in the bay while I wasn’t looking but I stopped them and told them to get out of my car. Ridiculous had me waiting 2 hrs for a simple oil change and they still didn’t even do it. Very unprofessional, I will definitely never return here again. Stay away!
