When we walked in, it was a bit of a line. Felix handled the customers in a fast and friendly matter; if he isn't running the store, he should be. Helping us and taking as much information down to pinpoint the problem of our vehicle. Took the time to explain to us what was wrong and gave us an estimate on how much it'll cost and how long would it take to get everything done. Gave us an option to come back and gave us the best price possible. 10/10 will come again and go straight to him
Great service. I called, they said I could drop my car off. They had the new tires on in 3 hours. They were pretty booked for that day.
This group is pretty awesome.... give it to you straight no pushy upsells on service... very prompt and efficient. If your looking for a new place for your car to be serviced i would highly recommend
Staff was great and hospitable. They also know their stuff. I LOVE THEM!
If you can't do it yourself, know that you can entrust it to Firestone. Somewhat pricey, but worth the extra cost for a piece of mind.
