I highly recommend Hi Tech Auto. I have been going there for a while and now I will make them my place to go for all repairs. Rick is always professional and is great about checking up on your satisfaction with service. Chad is great about explaining services that need to be done and if the time comes were there are several services that need to be completed at the same time, he will suggest which services are the most urgent. The prices are very reasonable and the work is very reliable.
They are hands down the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. Whatever you need, they do. They keep you posted on what they are doing on your car via email & text. Half the time you have no idea what the mechanics are doing but not at HI-Tech. I will never go to another mechanic. Also a huge thing, their prices are totally fair. I strongly recommend HI Tech.
This is a great little auto shop. It's nice to have a trusted shop locally. I have wasted so much time and money at the Ford dealership. I could have been here all along, saved money and better service. Will definitely go back and recommend.
Rick and his team were so helpful and flexible. I didn’t even have an appointment that day. They are always very honest and have told me to take my car to the dealership when applicable to save money.
They dropped me off at home so I wouldn't have to walk in the cold and snow. Once back at the shop quickly, they quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with my windshield spray nozzles and changed my oil. Everyone was nice and personable and took time to explain everything to me.
