I call Currie Motors to have an Oil change service for my car. I took my car in to be service Friday, January 15th and Adam in Service took care of me. He was very meticulous in every step of the service process. He was courteous, polite, detailed and very professional. He noticed that there was lug missing on my back tire and he explained all the dangers of the missing lug on the wheel to me. He suggested that I have that repaired. He ordered the part for me and I will be returning to have that repaired. Thanks Currie for having an efficient service staff member!!!!
Adam has been very helpful over the last two weeks. He has been flexible and understanding. I'm sure I've called him about 5 times in the last two weeks if not more. We worked together to figure out the problem with the car and hopefully it's fixed for good. If not I have no issues bringing it back as the quality of customer service was great.
First time having my vehicle at Currie Motors for service. I was greeted by Manny who walked me step by step on servicing my vehicle. The staff seemed very organized and prompt. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Manny went over some service recommendations that are needed that I will surely be getting done in the near future. Great customer service and pleasant to work with.
I've brought my car twice. Manny Castillo is the person i come too. He has great customer service, he answers all my questions and concerns. He is bilingual which is very helpful. He's very patient and kind person. I will definitely continue to bring my car for services to Manny. They do a very good job. I recommend this place.
Ken Waller has assisted me in Currie Motors' service department many times during the past 12 years. I have relied on his expertise and knowledge in scheduling needed repairs and routine maintenance which he explains clearly. He is always cheerful, polite and patient.
