Alex was great, he was more than fair on selling the BMW 530i, i have been looking around for weeks, and he was very nice and lets me test drive the car without asking too many questions- trust worthy and delivers what he promised. Great experience. I was an out-of-state buyer and Tom / Alex took great care of me. Car was priced at fair market value from the get-go. The car was waiting for me when I arrived and I was allowed to take it for a spin, no hassle. Alex made the actual purchase very simple. Drove the car 800 miles home in one day - zero issues, ran great. I had an independent shop do an inspection post sale, and the car was in good condition. Alex worked with me on one maintenance item after the sale, which is pretty refreshing to have a car dealership care about you after a sale has already been made. Keep in mind that these are used cars at fair market value - buyer has some responsibility to do research and resolve potential issues.
