I visited CarMax (hillside) yesterday 2/27/21. It was a smooth experience. Justin was my rep and he was phenomenal. I wish I was able to give him more stars. He was patient, well experienced and knowledgeable with almost every question I asked. On top of my husband and brother who were asking different questions. I left as a happy customer with a car I love. Again Justin if you see this I appreciate all of your help on yesterday.
Surprised very good services. Zero stress when talking to sales person. Place is follow covid safety guidelines.nExcellent policy in used car industry.n20 minutes drive by yourself, 30 days returns, 90 days warranty with zero cost and excellent extras warranty terms.nBUT BEWARE of very high APR rates(6% and up) even have excellent credit rating.nRECOMMEND put down good amount of down payment (over 50% of car prices) to lower APR rates (3.5%-5%)
We did an online appraisal a week before we went in to sell our car. When we got to the location, they honored that price. The process to pay off the car loan was really fast. Not even 30 minutes I think. It worked out nice. Very pleasant service today! 3/3/21

Even during a pandemic this CarMax site had everything nicely under control. Safety standards were very important, and I felt very at ease. They handled the sale of my vehicle promptly and with great customer service. You should definitely stop in for all your car selling or buying needs.
