Horrible customer service! I've been waiting for over 4 1/2 months for my plates and title. Temp plates are expired and can't get a straight answer from them as to where they are. I've been speaking with Sam who told me my plates would be at his office 2 weeks ago. He was supposed to mail them to me but now he won't even answer me as to ever mailing them. I've tried being nice so far but not anymore.
Worst experience ever!!!! Truck was not as described.nFound serious internal issues. Been over 30 days and been lied to over and over on where my title is.nHave screen shots to prove hes lying.nDon't trust this guy or anyone that works for him.nCon artist scammer doesn't care about who he rips off or the condition the vehicle is in before you drive it home.nIf you buy anything from this guy. Make sure you actually see the title and bring a mechanic with a scanner with you.nYou have been WARNED!!!nSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!
I brought one car from them and the service was great. And a week later I brought another car. Great people.
Bought a vehicle did not even last 1 year .nHaving several issues with staff and quality of service.
I drove 2 1/2 hours just to buy a vehicle they had! They have some of the best deals around! I noticed the have a great inventory of vehicles from practical to sporty. They very helpful through out the buying process (I live in a different state) with helping me get the paperwork I needed to bring it to Indiana. Also would like to point out there was a title mix up ( same vehicle just different vin and miles) and they sent me the correct title through the mail which proves that they are trustworthy!!
