Wife placed an order through the app went to pick it up was handed a drink and was told thank you have a good day and rushed off... while not getting my 2 food items, been calling the store for the last 20 minutes to no avail. Paid $17 for a $4 coffee. GREAT
3 strikes you're out! I have this location 3 attempts on 3 separate occasions to get my drink order correct and they cannot. I asked for a Venti Mocha Frap with an extra pump of Mocha (total of 5) & they literally only put 1. The sticker even says 5 pumps. Sad! I'll try to find another location for my Mocha frap fix.
Still wish I didn't have to wait in line at the register for an online order pick up. Not fast or easy
My third time coming here for a Frappuccino, and the third time of me not getting what I asked for. Baristas seem lazy, and unbothered by what’s around them. Drive an extra mile and go to literally any other Starbucks. Extremely disappointed and I’ve completely lost faith in this location.
Ordered grande caramel frappe which one I tasted it I noticed it was just beige colored water with a hint of coffee. I told the barista through the drive thru and it tasted worse than the first one they just added more sugar to the second one. Then the barista said well how would you like us making the drink? I stated just make me a regular grande caramel frappe. Which again they gave me water with sugar.
