Terrible experience, the lady at the counter was extremely rude when I tried redeeming my $10 slot play saying it’s “expired” even though there’s no expiration date. I mean they don’t want my money here clearly. All they got is lollilops when other places give water bottles, chips etc. no wonder no one was here when I came on 01/09/2020. False advertising would never step my foot here again. Dirty. Unprofessional staff especially the fact that it’s my first time.
