Ordered sweet tea was waiting for food to come out. It was not sweet at all. We told the server he offered new drinks when he came back said he took from a different batch. It was pure sugar water with a light tea color. Please make it right or get a recipe to follow. Have visited other mcdonald's in the area and they have better tea this isn't the first time from your restaurant. Maybe reach out to other franchises or do a taste before serving.
Sort of just like the other ones. It was a little odd to be asked to wait in a spot literally for just a cheeseburger. And sit in that spot for almost 10 minutes. But the employees were pleasant
Management needs to check their employees. Customer service use to be so good and now it’s just has gone down the drain. I stopped going to my local McDonald’s (the one on 25th st) because their service was just HORRIBLE! But now I can say this one has reached the same quality of customer service.
The young lady in the first booth is very friendly and efficient but when you get to the window to get your food they are very abrupt and do not say thank you. I know that it can get very busy at times but courtesy goes a long way. It seems to happen almost every time that I visit this particular Mcdonalds. I do not seem to have that experience at other locations.
This mcdonald's is in a very convenient place for this area...I can remember when there were no restaurants at all...and when you leave the cemetery you do need something a drink, food, bathroom...it's a saving grace in a time of need
