Nice Clean space. The staff is great and Mike the manager it’s very attentive and response time is quick to answer my questions. I’ve been a long term customer and will be happy to support this business. Keep up the good work!!!!
Very clean and organized well. They add a charge for a small lock and an initiation fee. The facility is heated or climate controlled, it offers either selection. There is no evidence of mice, or insects. You may pay more here, but your property is safer. You must pay for insurance monthly or have an insurance policy that covers all of your property in storage.
I had the most amazing customer service from Key! Key helped guide me to the perfect storage space, she had such a warm , positive disposition. I will definitely continue to do business with public storage because of her.
We had been looking for a perfect spot to accommodate our business need and after 2 months of search, we decided to pick our spot at Life Storage (La Grange). Mike, the general manager of this facility, has been super helpful and accommodating. Great place and great people! Highly recommend.
